Co-managed IT works best when your internal IT person is great at day-to-day support but stretched thin when it comes to security, projects, or specialized technology.
NuTech fills the gaps — providing the tools, backup expertise, and security layer your internal team needs without stepping on their toes.

We set everything up, port your numbers, and manage the system — you stay in control of your carrier relationship.

Unlimited VoIP plans with most providers start at $25/user/month up to as high as $45/user/month. At $15 per user you get a fully managed, enterprise-grade phone system without paying for minutes you’ll never use.
A $10 per user savings will save you $4,800 per year.

Pricing FAQ
Are there long-term contracts?
We don’t require long-term contracts. Month-to-month agreements are available. Many clients choose annual agreements for simplicity, but we don’t lock you in. We believe if we’re doing our job well, you won’t want to leave.
What's the onboarding process and is there a setup fee?
Onboarding involves deploying our monitoring agents, configuring security tools, documenting your environment, and getting everything set up correctly. We charge a one-time onboarding fee based on the size and complexity of your environment — included in your quote upfront, no surprises.
Why do you require a specific firewall?
To manage your network effectively and maintain the security standards we stand behind, we need to know your firewall is capable and properly configured. Both Fortinet and Ubiquiti UniFi are excellent products — the requirement isn’t about brand loyalty, it’s about making sure your perimeter security meets the bar we set for every client.
What if I already have some of these tools?
We standardize on specific tools because it’s how we deliver consistent, high-quality support. If you have existing licenses, let us know during the quoting process — we’ll discuss what makes sense to keep, replace, or transition.
Does the price increase as I add users?
Yes — pricing is per user per month, so as your team grows, your monthly cost grows proportionally. The per-user rate stays the same. We true-up billing monthly based on your actual user count, so you’re never paying for users you don’t have.
Is on-site support included?
On-site support is included in the Enterprise plan. For Essentials and Business, on-site visits can be added as needed and are quoted separately. We serve businesses across Michigan with coverage in Flint, Saginaw, Lansing, Troy, and Lapeer.
Can I bundle VoIP with Managed IT?
Yes — and we recommend it. Bundling means one bill, one support contact, and a team that knows both your phone system and your network inside and out. Ask about bundle pricing when you request a quote.
